X33 and Shuttle

Gulf Engineering's Non-Destructive Testing expertise is sought out by those who know.

The Gulf Engineering team designed and fabricated portable X-Ray equipment that was used by Lockheed Martin on NASA's X-33 Reusable Launch Vehicle (RLV), a half-scale prototype to demonstrate advanced technology.

Lockheed Martin also used our X-ray equipment on components of NASA's Space Shuttle's External Fuel Tank.
