Gulf Engineering’s Machinery Repair Division is your full service machine shop, field service and portable machining service provider and manufacturing partner. We provide:
- Repair, balancing and overhaul of all types of mechanical equipment for maintenance, turnarounds or emergencies at our machine shop or on your plant site.
- CNC and Manual, Milling, Boring, Turning and Drilling and more very large equipment.
- Welding on all types of materials and alloys with almost 200 ASME weld procedures plus Gulf’s patented GEWELD shaft – repair process as weld as plasma cutting, air carbon arc cutting and friction cutting.
- Reverse Engineering and Autocad Drafting and Parts Manufacturing with the latest CNC Mazak Nexus 450M Lathe with 120” between centers and maximum diameter of 30”. CNC Horizontal Mill 100” X axis, 72” Y axis and 20” Z axis.
- Field Services, Portable Machining, Lazer Alignment, Field Vibration Analysis and Balancing.
