Gulf Engineering's Machinery Repair Division is your full-service machine shop, service provider and manufacturing partner. We provide:
- Repair, overhaul, and balancing of all types of mechanical equipment for maintenance, turnarounds or emergencies
- Milling, drilling, boring, grinding, turning, CNC milling, and more on very large equipment
- Welding on all types of metals and alloys with almost 200 ASME procedures plus Gulf's patented GEWELD© shaft-repair process as well as plasma cutting, air-carbon arc cutting, friction cutting, metal spraying and plasma spraying of surfaces
- Parts manufacture in many materials from a drawing or blueprint or reverse engineering of a sample piece
- Cleaning of most equipment by particle or glass bead blasting and steam cleaning
- Field milling and balancing at your site
- An Authorized Service Center for Lawrence Pumps. Inc.
- We traditionally run TWO straight-time shifts every day to do more at a lower cost to you
